Bluegrass Barkventures

Adventure with us in the Bluegrass

Small-group, off-leash adventures for dogs across Lexington, Nicholasville,Richmond, and nearby areas.

Like Dog daycare, but better!

A walk that finally meets your dog’s needs — mind, body, and nose.

An adventure is more than a neighborhood stroll — it’s a chance for your dog to explore wide-open spaces, socialize with other dogs in a controlled setting, and experience enrichment that makes them truly fulfilled.

We take small groups of dogs from Lexington, Richmond, Nicholasville, and surrounding cities on off-leash nature hikes designed for natural movement, sniffing, climbing, and social interaction. Each adventure is structured to be safe, engaging, and biologically satisfying.

Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies, Happier Homes

Enrichment that transforms daily life for dogs and owners alike.

Many common behavior issues — barking, pacing, leash reactivity, and destructive habits — come from unmet mental and physical needs. Our adventure outings provide a meaningful outlet that daycare, backyard play, or routine walks can’t replicate.

Owners report calmer evenings, easier walks, and dogs who feel more confident and engaged at home. Adventure days aren’t just exercise — they’re fulfillment that carries over into every part of life.

From Pick-Up to Drop-Off, We Handle It All

Safe, structured freedom — with a whole lot of fun.

Every outing starts at your doorstep. We provide pick-up and drop-off within our service areas making the experience seamless for you and your dog.
Once your dog hops in, we head to our private farm in Middleburg KY for:
After the adventure, your dog is safely returned home, tired, fulfilled, and ready to relax. You’ll receive photos and updates so you can share in their joy.
